Essential school times

The gates are unlocked at 8.30am each morning. All children are free to come into school from 8.30am being dropped of at their classroom doors on the playground.

The school day begins at 8.40am and registration takes place.

The gates are locked at 8.40am and opened again at 3.20pm. Parents can then wait on the school playground ready for the end of the day at 3.25pm.

Nursery children are collected from the Nursery entrance at 11.30am

Pupils who arrive after 8.40am [when the gates are locked] should come through the main entrance so they can be registered correctly.

• 8.30am to 8.40am- School Gates Open
• 8.40am to 8.50am– Registration
• 8.50AM TO 9.10AM Pupils will recive a late mark in the register if they arive during these times.
• 9.10am onwards- Register closed- Pupils will be marked as absent.
• 3.20pm- Gates open to Parents.
• 3.25pm – End of the School day

(Please ensure your children do not arrive before 8.30am unless they are in breakfast club).

Taking Holidays during term time

We understand that it can be difficult to take holidays during the school holidays. However, permission is required from the headteacher to take children out for a holiday in term time. This can only be granted if there are exceptional circumstances.

If you think you have exceptional circumstances and wish to request a holiday during term time for your child, please request a holiday form from the main office.
